OFSA definition

OFSA means Omni Financial Services of America, Inc., a Florida corporation.

  • National Financial hereby directs NAFI to deliver the materials referenced in the preceding clause (i) of the second preceding sentence to OFSA, as Custodian, and hereby directs NAFI to remit any payments received by NAFI and referenced in the preceding sentence or in clause (ii) of the second preceding sentence to the Collection Account.

  • Any student seeking early termination based on the above conditions shall submit documentation to OFSA verifying that he/she meets the relevant criteria.

  • It is understood and agreed that OFSA makes no representation as to the contents of the Contract File.

  • If occupants have trouble with heat, they should contact the appropriate Chapter Officer and OFSA.

  • If the Occupant violates any provision of this Agreement, OFSA and/or the Fraternity/Sorority have the right to termi- nate this Agreement whereupon the occupant must vacate the Chapter House and remove all personal property of the occupant no later than the date specified by OFSA.
