OFI COSTS definition
OFI COSTS means in relation to any OFI which becomes a Total Loss the aggregate of (a) the costs incurred by the Owner in relation to the carriage, insurance and delivery of the relevant OFI and (b) the cost to the Owner of obtaining replacements for such OFI .
