Offtakers definition

Offtakers means the counterparties to the Offtake Agreements other than Borrower.
Offtakers means Helm, N2000 and SCC.
Offtakers means the twenty-six (26) distribution concessionaires listed in the Annex 6 (Offtakers) to the CTA.

More Definitions of Offtakers

Offtakers means an entity or person interested in securing water supplies through the implementation of a project or projects funded by the Long Term Water Augmentation Fund, but excluding Transfer Partners as described in the definition of Stakeholder below.
Offtakers means the entity or entities (including any of the Borrower’s Affiliates) that have executed a PPA with the Borrower for offtake of electricity generated by the Project under such PPA.
