Offtake Party definition

Offtake Party means a mint, smelter, refiner, processor, third party, purchaser or other recipient to whom Product is shipped or delivered by AEM.

Offtake Party means any party that has agreed to purchase natural gas or condensate from the Sponsor pursuant to an Offtake Agreement.

  • Offtaker means the counterparty to an Offtake Agreement;

  • Offtake Agreement means any refining, smelting, brokering, sale, marketing and/or processing agreement entered into by the Owner or its Affiliates with respect to Minerals produced from the Property;
