Offsite Storage Facility definition
Offsite Storage Facility has the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition of Advance Charges.
Offsite Storage Facility means a fenced offsite boat storage and maintenance facility, with valet service, located within Penticton, and possibly also including heated indoor storage;
Offsite Storage Facility means a site approved by Health in accordance with clause 3.6 of Schedule 2 (Services) for the storage of Inventory.

From and after the Closing Date, upon reasonable prior notice and during normal business hours, BTFC and the DRP Provider and the Offsite Storage Facility Provider shall provide the Back-Up Servicer with reasonable access to any and all alternative Computer hardware facilities and Offsite Storage Facilities at which BTFC and/or its subsidiaries maintain alternative computer hardware and software, magnetic tapes (or other electronic storage medium) or other records relating to the Receivables.
