Offsite Storage Facility definition

Offsite Storage Facility has the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition of Advance Charges.
Offsite Storage Facility means a fenced offsite boat storage and maintenance facility, with valet service, located within Penticton, and possibly also including heated indoor storage;
Offsite Storage Facility means a site approved by Health in accordance with clause 3.6 of Schedule 2 (Services) for the storage of Inventory.

Related to Offsite Storage Facility

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;
