Offsite Materials definition

Offsite Materials has the meaning given to that term in Section 7.5 (Offsite Materials).
Offsite Materials shall have the meaning given to such term in Exhibit D.
Offsite Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.

Examples of Offsite Materials in a sentence

  • If reasonably requested by Lender, Borrower shall provide Lender with a written statement from the Offsite Supplier, which statement shall include the Offsite Supplier’s acknowledgment of (i) the right of Lender to enter the Offsite Supplier’s storage facility at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting or removing the Offsite Materials and (ii) Lender’s security interest in the Offsite Materials.

  • Lender shall have the right to inspect and approve the Offsite Materials.

  • Lender shall not be required to make disbursements for any Offsite Materials until Lender or Inspector has inspected and approved such Offsite Materials.

  • In no event shall Lender be required to make payment for Offsite Materials until such time as Lender has inspected and approved the Offsite Materials or expressly waived the requirement for such inspection and approval.

  • In no event shall Agent be required to make payment for Offsite Materials until such time as Agent has inspected and approved the Offsite Materials or expressly waived the requirement for such inspection and approval.

More Definitions of Offsite Materials

Offsite Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 8.8(b) hereof.
Offsite Materials means any goods and materials intended for incorporation into the Commission which are not stored at the Site; Material Breach means a breach of any material obligation under this Agreement; Order means the order form, deed, or other form of written agreement issued by the Council instructing the Contractor to perform the Commission (into which any part of these Conditions is expressly incorporated by reference), together with the Specification, Contract Drawings (if any) and any further documents referenced in or attached to the Order; Party means the Contractor or the Council (as appropriate) and Parties shall mean both of them; Performance Default means a failure or delay (whether by act or omission) with the method or manner of execution of the obligations or responsibilities of the Contractor under this Agreement (but shall not include any Service Level Defaults which shall be dealt with separately) whether or not the same is, or is suspected to be, minor or significant and whether or not the same could constitute a Material Breach or Persistent Breach of this Agreement or a breach of any Applicable Law; Persistent Breach means any breach of the same obligation of the Contractor which occurs on more than 3 (three) occasions in any Year (or part thereof in the case of the first and final Years of this Agreement) or on more than 2 (two) occasions during a period of 4 (four) consecutive months or which has continued for a period of 3 (three) consecutive months; Protective Measures appropriate technical and organisational measures which may include: pseudonymising and encrypting Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to Personal Data can be restored in a timely manner after an incident, and regularly assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the such measures adopted by it;
