Offsite Facilities definition

Offsite Facilities means all facilities required by the City or WTCPUA and necessary to connect to and extend water service from WTCPUA supply facilities to the Proposed Development’s Onsite Facilities.
Offsite Facilities means all of the offsite facilities connected to the Plant as more specifically described in the Specification to be built off-Site as part of the Works.
Offsite Facilities means collection or trunk sewers which connect the individual building sewers within a particular Development to the nearest practicable point designated by the Company in the Company's sewerage system having a capacity adequate to receive and accommodate the Development's sewerage discharge.

Examples of Offsite Facilities in a sentence

  • Owner is required to construct and install all Offsite Facilities at its cost.

  • Before starting to construct the Offsite Facilities, Owner must have acquired, at no cost to the City, all wastewater easements necessary for the Offsite Facilities.

  • Owner shall construct all Onsite and Offsite Facilities in compliance with (a) this Article 3; (b) the City Utility Standards; and (c) the rules and regulations of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, or its successor agencies.

  • The Owner shall cause to be delivered to the City any as-built drawings and electronic files for all Onsite and Offsite Facilities within thirty (30) days after final inspection.

  • Upon transfer, the Offsite Facilities shall become part of the City’s System.

  • Owner shall acquire and maintain all easements necessary for Onsite Facilities and Offsite Facilities at no cost to the City.

  • The Onsite and Offsite Facilities may be constructed in separate phases, in which case the requirements in this Agreement apply separately to each phase.

  • Within sixty (60) days after the City's acceptance of the Offsite Facilities under § 3.9, the Owner shall convey them to the City as follows.

  • The Offsite Facilities include the actual physical connection between the Onsite Facilities to the Offsite Facilities.


More Definitions of Offsite Facilities

Offsite Facilities means that equipment provided and installed by Seller outside the Site and used in connection with the Facility including connections for plant water, condensate return, electricity, steam, waste water, potable water, sanitary sewer and oily water.
Offsite Facilities means additional supporting equipment and facilities being constructed as part of the Capital Improvement Program.
Offsite Facilities means all existing or proposed facilities under the control of the IEUA or the City, from the source of supply to the point of connection with the customer’s onsite facilities, up to and including the City’s recycled water meter and meter box. Such facilities shall include, without limitation, recycled water transmission mains, recycled water pipes and reservoirs, pumping stations, treatment plants and other appurtenances and property.
Offsite Facilities means (subject to paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 14 [Subsequent Schemes] and paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 14 [Improvements]), those parts of the Permanent Works (if any) located on the Adjacent Areas, but excluding any parts thereof which are excluded from this definition from time to time in accordance with Section 13.3 [Temporary Off­Site Facilities].

Related to Offsite Facilities

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
