Offsite Event definition
Offsite Event means a special event held outside the County road right-of-way that requires traffic control on a County-maintained road right-of-way because persons or vehicles are not reasonably anticipated or able to comply with normal traffic operations, regulations or controls to access or leave the event.

Offsite events are to be processed as either Medium or Large Events based on the number of participants and the impact to County maintained roads.
