Offshore Mobilisation Phase definition

Offshore Mobilisation Phase means the mobilisation of contractor’s operators at B-11 to commence physical preparations for removal such as e.g. welding, cutting or activities which may in any other way affect the integrity of the platform, or the time when a lifting and/or accommodation vessel engaged in the removal operations enters the 500 meter safety zone, whichever occurs first.
