Offshore Employee definition

Offshore Employee means a natural person employed by an Affiliate who is neither a U.S. citizen nor a U.S. resident for U.S. tax purposes.
Offshore Employee means any of them.
Offshore Employee at any time means an individual whose services are provided to the Sale Group under the terms of a crew management contract or the like with Guernsey Ship Management Limited or any other employing company;

  • Academic employee Academic employee shall mean an employee in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit with academic or qualified academic rank.

  • Seasonal employee means a state employee hired to work during a recurring, annual season with a duration of three months or more, and anticipated to return each season to perform similar work.

  • Former Employee means all individuals (including common law employees, independent contractors and individual consultants) who were employed or engaged by the Company in connection with the Business but who are no longer so employed or engaged on the date hereof.

  • Prospective employee means an assessed individual who is anticipated to be hired upon completion of training.

  • Inactive Employee means an employee who is not actively at work due to approved leave of absence, short-term disability leave or military leave.
