Offshore Allowance means the daily allowance in Schedule B for Employees working offshore.

The Offshore Allowance is paid in full compensation for all allowances and disabilities of the Award associated with working offshore.
The Offshore Allowance recognizes the remote work location and incorporates pay for Recognized Holidays, all offshore activities associated with off shift team, safety, Occupational Health and Safety meetings or other meetings/training, Emergency/Medical Response training/ exercises, general platform alarms and other duties that accompany offshore work.
Casual employees are not eligible for Offshore Allowance and Extra Compensation.
