offshore accommodation platform means a platform housing or incorporating temporary accommodation, landing ports for vessels and/or helicopters, standby electricity generation equipment, marking and lighting and other equipment facilities to assist in the co-ordination of marine activities related to the authorised scheme;

Related to offshore accommodation platform

  • Housing accommodation or "Dwelling" means any building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed, or intended for occupancy, as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered for sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof or any real property, as defined herein, used or intended to be used for any of the purposes set forth in this subsection.

  • Reasonable accommodation means necessary and appropriate modification and adjustments not imposing a disproportionate or undue burden, where needed in a particular case, to ensure to persons with disabilities the enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms;

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Credit means the right granted by a creditor to a debtor to defer payment of debt or to incur debt and defer its payment.

  • Educational Purposes means use for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research.

  • Debt Facility means any Senior Facility and any Second Priority Debt Facility.

  • Commercial purposes means any commercial or profit generating purpose including the sale, lease of other transfer of the Material and includes uses of the Material by any organisation, including Recipient, to perform contract research, to produce or manufacture products for general sale, or to conduct research activities that result in any sale, lease, license, or transfer of the Material.
