Offline Transactions means Transactions that take place when the Customer is physically present at the shop of the Client and the delivery of the Products is facilitated immediately upon the completion of the payment by the Customer through any of the Availed Channels.

Offline Transactions means Transactions which involve either the Consumer generating a QR Code on the Consumer’s mobile device which is scanned by a Device, or the Device generating a QR Code which is scanned by the Consumer’s mobile device.

Examples of Offline Transactions in a sentence

  • While in offline mode, Offline Transactions are processed locally, without receiving a final confirmation from a remote server that the respective transactions were in fact completed.

Offline Transactions means any and all card transactions executed via electronic or mechanical devices whereby, as a rule, no funds are immediately blocked in the Card Account. Related to Offline Transactions

  • Online Transaction means any Phone/Electronic Transaction requested through an Electronic Transmission over the Internet.
