Official standing definition
Official standing means that the committee member vacancies of the newly formed group will be elected positions with alternating three (3) year terms. Inaugural members will be elected for 1, 2, and 3-year terms. If more than three inaugural members are elected, their terms shall be staggered as evenly as possible.
