official secret definition
official secret means any document specified in the Schedule and any information and material relating thereto and includes any other official document, information and material as may be classified as “Top Secret”, “Secret”, “Confidential” or “Restricted”, as the case may be, by a Minister, the Menteri Besar or Chief Minister of a State or such public officer appointed under section 2B;
official secret means information to be kept under state protection, a disclosure and a loss of which may present damage to sectors, government organizations and other legal entities;
official secret meanss the political, military, economic, law enforcement, scientific and technical information classified in accordance with the procedure laid down by this Law, a loss or compromise of which may inflict damage upon interests of the State or institutions thereof or create preconditions for a compromise of the information comprising a state secret and pose a hazard to human health. The list of categories of official secrets shall be determined by this Law.
