Official Headquarters definition
Official Headquarters. The city or town in which the state office building is located and which the employee is assigned. Official headquarters are not an employee’s residence. Pay and Attendance: All pay, leave and travel entitlement will be based on the employee's official headquarters which they are assigned. The employee's time and attendance will be recorded as if performing official duties at the office. Leave: Employees must obtain supervisory approval before taking leave in accordance with established office procedures. The employee agrees to follow established procedures for requesting and obtaining approval of leave.
Official Headquarters means the geographic location specified by section 112.061(4), F.S.
