Official Delegate definition

Official Delegate means the Designated Voting Delegate or the Member Board Chairperson of a WCARB Member Board.
Official Delegate means an individual in attendance at a GAD with the rights set out in Section 4.6.1 and includes a Chief Delegate;
Official Delegate means a person elected or appointed to represent a preschool at the Council Annual General Meeting.

Examples of Official Delegate in a sentence

  • Each employee designated as an "Official Delegate" to the NEA/NH Assembly of Delegates shall be granted one (1) day paid leave to attend such assembly.

  • Up to four (4) Staff Members may be designated as an "Official Delegate" to the NEA/NH Assembly of Delegates.

  • Three (3) of these Official Delegates shall be granted one (1) day paid leave to attend such assembly; the fourth (4th) Official Delegate shall be granted one (1) day of unpaid leave.

  • On the Project End Date, or earlier termination of the Project, the Institution must within 30 Business Days, provide AO and the Official Delegate with a statement of expenditure for the whole of the Project and any part of the funding that remains unspent will be transferred back to the ANZIC.

  • No more than one (1) member of the Union will be granted one (1) day with pay to attend the State Convention as an Official Delegate.

  • ASCC and/or the AO may recommend termination of the Project to the APS and thus the Official Delegate and AGC at any time where it believes it is in the best interests of AGC and the AO to do so.


More Definitions of Official Delegate

Official Delegate means a person appointed as an Official Delegate by a Church under clause 13 and whose name appears on the Register of Delegates as an Official Delegate.
Official Delegate means the ARC LIEF Principal Investigator unless otherwise indicated;
Official Delegate means an individual appointed by a Member Club, Member District Association, or Member State Association to represent it at any meeting of the MBA.
