Official Authorization List (OAL) means the Federal Reserve Bank Official Authorization List form completed and submitted by You identifying those individuals in Your Institution authorized to transact business with and provide instructions to the Reserve Bank, on Your Institution’s behalf, except with respect to matters covered in Operating Circular No. 10, Lending.
