Office Project definition

Office Project means any Development Project that involves business activities associated with professional or administrative services, and typically consists of corporate offices, financial institutions, legal and medical offices, personal and laundry services, or similar uses, and religious centers as identified in the RTIF Land Use Fee Category Summary which is attached as Exhibit “A” hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Office Project means that component of the Private Improvements 26 consisting of the office building(s) to be constructed on one or more Parcels by a Developer 27 pursuant to a Sub-Lease, including office space to be leased and used by The Xxxxxx Group 28 LLC.

Office Project means each individual office project which is listed as an Asset Project on Schedule 1.1(a), collectively, the "Office --------------- Projects".
