OFFICE INCHARGE means the Mine Manager appointed by MSMCL or any other person authorized by such Mine Manager from time to time to act on its behalf.
OFFICE INCHARGE means the Mine Manager appointed by JKCL or any other person authorised by such Mine Manager from time to time to act on his behalf.
OFFICE INCHARGE means Mine Manager of MSMC or any other person appointed by in its place by Mine Manager.
