Common use of Office and Support Staff Clause in Contracts

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those provided to the Employee at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Commencement Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to other key executives of the Employer in comparable positions.

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Employee by the Company and its subsidiaries at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Commencement Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to other similarly situated key executives employees of the Employer in comparable positionsCompany and its subsidiaries.

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointmentsappointments commensurate with his/her status in the acquiring company, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Employee by the Company and its subsidiaries at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Commencement Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to other key executives employees of the Employer in comparable positionsCompany and its subsidiaries.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Employee by the Company at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Commencement Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to the Employee or other key senior executives of the Employer in comparable positionsCompany.
