Offering Units definition

Offering Units has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.J(1)(a) hereof.
Offering Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.G(1)(a).
Offering Units means the 5,000,000 units of the Company that have been reserved for purchase by Lazard in the IPO.

  • At the closing of the Secondary Public Offering, holders of Bridge Shares shall have the right, but not the obligation, to exchange their Bridge Shares for a pro-rata portion of $3,000,000 of Public Offering Units, as set forth in the Financing Agreement.
