Offering Agreement definition

Offering Agreement has the meaning set out in Section 4.01(1)(a);
Offering Agreement or “MPDU Offering Agreement” means an agreement executed between an Applicant and the Department to offer MPDUs in a development for sale or rental as required by Section 25A-8 and this regulation.
Offering Agreement means the Offering Agreement, dated December 28, 1994, among the Issuer, the Company and the Offering Agent, including all amendments thereof and supplements thereto.
