Offered Volume definition

Offered Volume means, in any given hour, the amount in MW (recorded to one (1) decimal point) last received by the AESO on or prior to twenty-five minutes before the hour (XX:35); provided, such amount shall not exceed the Contract Volume.
Offered Volume means, in any given hour, the amount of real power (in MW, recorded as a whole number) last submitted by the Service Provider on or prior to twenty-three minutes before the hour (XX:37), such amount not to exceed the Contract Volume.

Examples of Offered Volume in a sentence

  • At that time the Offered Volume in place becomes a commitment for the next Scheduling Hour.

  • The Service Provider shall not change to the new Offered Volume unless Dispatched.

  • However, the Service Provider must ensure that the Offered Volume telemetered to the AESO via SCADA is accurate and reflects the Service Provider's capability.

  • The Service Provider further acknowledges that this adjustment will: (i) result in a reduction of the Service Provider’s available MW(s) in the energy market by an amount equal to the greater of the Service Provider’s: (A) Offered Volume, and (B) Armed Volume, during each Scheduling Hour; and (ii) not apply when the combined British Columbia and Montana interconnection import Total Transfer Capability is less than or equal to sixty five (65) MW and the Service Provider has been Disarmed.

  • The adjustment to the Service Provider’s available MW(s) in the energy market will be reflected at approximately twenty-three minutes before the hour (XX:37) for those offers received prior to January 1, 2022, and twenty-five minutes before the hour (XX:35) for those offers received on or after January 1, 2022, based on the Offered Volume and following Dispatches for Armed Volume.

  • At 13:35, the Service Provider’s submitted offer of thirty (30) MW becomes the Offered Volume for the next Scheduling Hour.

  • Owner shall have the right to harvest or offer for sale to any third party any Objected Volume under Section 1(b) and the portion of the Offered Volume rejected or deemed rejected by St. ▇▇▇ under Section 1(c) (collectively, the “Unrestricted Volume”), after the earlier to occur of (i) the expiration of the Offer Period with respect to such Offer, and (ii) the rejection by St. ▇▇▇ of a portion of the Offered Volume described in such Offer.

  • If the Revised Offered Volume exceeds the previously Offered Volume, the Hourly Dispatch Period Arming Payment shall be zero (0) for the purposes of Section 7.2(b)(i).

  • St. ▇▇▇ shall accept an Offer on a tract-by-tract basis, designating in its acceptance the tracts from which St. ▇▇▇ agrees to purchase the Offered Volume.

Related to Offered Volume

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a
