Offered P&I Certificates. The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class M-1, Class M-2 and Class B-1 Certificates.

  • Each Class of Offered P&I Certificates represents beneficial ownership of the corresponding REMIC 4 Regular Interest and the right to receive Cap Carryover Amounts.
