Offered Obligations definition

Offered Obligations means an issue of municipal securities of the City in connection with which the City has executed and delivered a Supplemental Certificate (Exhibit C).
Offered Obligations means the RBMG Funding Co. Mortgage Loan Trust 1998-2, Asset-Backed Notes, Series 1998-2, Class A-1 and Class A-2, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Offered Obligations has the meaning specified therefor in Section 13.4 of the Agreement.
