Offer list definition
Offer list means a list of projects prioritized for receiving financial assistance from the centennial program.
Offer list means the list of Business Employees set forth on Section 6.1(a) of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedules that Purchaser (or an Affiliate thereof) shall make a Qualifying Offer to pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof.
Offer list means the data file identifying the Loan Receivables offered for sale and containing the information in respect of all such receivables and the relevant Loan Agreements set out in, and in the format of attached to the Loan Receivables Purchase Agreement.
