Offensive Words definition
Offensive Words means words that are insulting, derogatory, disrespectful, hurtful or abusive;
Offensive Words means discriminatory language, whether a word, symbol, phrase, sentence, or paragraph, including, but not limited to, offensive words and phrases identified and/or published from time to time by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Fair Housing Division of such Department, any regulatory, governmental, or quasi-governmental agency of a similar nature, or any other recognized body.
Examples of Offensive Words in a sentence
The Participant fails to correct within twenty-four hours of notification any errors, omissions, or Offensive Words in the data he/she or any of his/her Licensees provides.
The Participant shall be responsible for ensuring that no Offensive Words are used and that only trained personnel enter the listings.
