Offboarded definition
Offboarded means the process for offboarding the Customer Data (or part thereof) from the Customer Cloud Environment and relocating or facilitating relocation of Customer Data to another Customer-designated location.

Prior to the end of the Cloud Term, the Customer may renew the Cloud Program Order and/or have Customer Data Offboarded.
Except as may be otherwise required by law, contract, or judicial order, after expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Hexagon will destroy all Customer-supplied Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws that was not otherwise Offboarded during the Cloud Term.
