Off-The-Shelf Goods definition
Off-The-Shelf Goods means those standard Goods that the Suppliers supplies to its general customer base;
Off-The-Shelf Goods means the Supplier's standard Goods as manufactured by the Supplier in accordance with the Supplier's Specification;
Off-The-Shelf Goods means Goods that have not been specifically developed for this Contract.
