Off-Site Overheads definition

Off-Site Overheads means off-site overheads, including those costs identified in Note (d) of Schedule 4 to the Framework Agreement.
Off-Site Overheads means expenses or losses not incurred on-site that are attributable to the general overall running of the Builder’s business.
Off-Site Overheads means head office costs of the Company, including the directors, senior managers, estimators, and accounts personnel not directly involved in the performance of the Maintenance Services or the Contract, but, excluding the Preliminaries.
