Off-Site Locations definition

Off-Site Locations means an off-site place, not being a part of the MHC Entity premises visited by an Employee or Visitor during any off-site event organised by any MHC Entity arising out of or during the course of employment including gaming venue and transportation arranged by MHC.
Off-Site Locations refers to property or geographical locations beyond the boundaries of the Sites that may impact, or may be impacted by, Pollution Conditions at, on, under or migrating to or from the Sites.
Off-Site Locations means locations other than the Business Sites.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.
