Off Road Recovery definition

Off Road Recovery means the up righting of an overturned vehicle or four or more wheels of the vehicle are completely off the travelled portion of the road including the shoulder;
Off Road Recovery means the recovery of a vehicle from a desert area, farm field, ditch, ravine, or a body of water that is outside of the designated County right-of-way.
