Off-Property definition

Off-Property means water and sewer lines and appurtenances that are located in an easement granted to the Commission or a public right-of-way and are responsibility of the Commission or municipality.
Off-Property means outside of the physical boundaries of the Property. "Off-Property Improvements," as this definition relates to the Master Studies, means infrastructure improvements located outside the Property boundaries required by the Master Studies or other governmental entities to be completed by the Master Developer due to the development of the Community. "On-Property" means within the physical boundaries of the Property. "On-Property Improvements," as this definition relates to the Master Studies, means infrastructure improvements located within the Property boundaries required by the Master Studies or other governmental entities to be completed by the Master Developer due to the development of the Community.
Off-Property means outside of the physical boundaries of the Property. “Off-Property Improvements,” as this definition relates to the Master Studies, means infrastructure improvements located outside the Property boundaries required by the Master Studies or other governmental entities to be completed by the Master Developer due to the development of the Community.
