Off-Net Circuit definition

Off-Net Circuit means the Service is provisioned on a combination of CenturyLink-owned and operated facilities and facilities ordered and leased from a third party provider, facilitated and managed by CenturyLink on Customer’s behalf.
Off-Net Circuit means a connection between the Customer Premises and the Supplier Network that is provisioned by Supplier through a third party provider for use by Customer. Off-Net Circuits may include local or long-haul TDM private lines, Ethernet private lines, local or long-haul 2.5 Gbps and 10 Gbps wavelengths, or dark fiber extensions, as further described in the Customer Order.
Off-Net Circuit means a circuit between the Customer requested end point and the provider’s PoP that is provisioned through a third party provider for use by Customer for the delivery of the IP Service;
