Off-lot definition

Off-lot sign means a sign which identifies or advertises a business, person, activity, good, product or service related to agricultural operations located within the boundaries of the Township which is not normally related to or available at the lot where the sign is located and are subject to the regulations set out in Section 7.10.

Related to Off-lot

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Through lot - means a lot bounded on two opposite sides by streets.

  • Jumbo Mortgage Loan Unless defined otherwise in the Transactions Terms Letter, a first lien Mortgage Loan (i) for which the original loan amount is greater than the applicable conventional conforming loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Authority in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located and (ii) which meets the transaction requirements set forth on Schedule 1 of the Transactions Terms Letter.
