Off Leash Areas definition

Off Leash Areas means areas approved by the Municipality whether Public or Private where dogs are permitted to roam without a leash while still under the direct control of its owner or handler;
Off Leash Areas means the designated unfenced areas of the City as set out in Schedules A.1, A.2, A.3, and A.4 of the Bylaw where dogs are allowed to be off leash while under the verbal control of their handlers.

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time.
