Off Hours definition

Off Hours means any hours other than Regular Working Hours.
Off Hours means all hours other than the PPM.
Off Hours as used herein shall mean all hours other than Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., including holidays.

  • Off Hours labor rate: rate for non-Normal Business Hours, including fed eral holidays.

  • Off Hours Telephone Consultation A skilled Tradesperson and/or a Maintenance II worker shall receive payment of one hour at overtime rates for telephone consultation on off hours where that specific skill set is required to resolve a problem, subject to the approval of the manager.

Off Hours means all hours on all days other than Rush Hours and Mid-Day Hours.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator.
