Off Hired definition

Off Hired means the Hirer advises the Owner that the Equipment is no longer required and the Owner issues the Hirer with an Off-Hire number in accordance with clause 9.3.

  • The minimum hours per month charge will be prorated for Equipment that breaks down or is Off Hired.

  • The Hirer must notify the Owner prior to 9.00am on the day the Equipment is Off Hired, to avoid incurring the minimum hours per day charge.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Newly hired employee or “new hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full time, part time, hired by the District, and who is still employed as of the date of the new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the District and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA.   • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.
