Off days definition

Off days means those days of rest without pay which are regularly scheduled on a weekly or cyclical basis in conjunction with the employee's regularly scheduled hours of work.

Examples of Off days in a sentence

  • Off days shall be defined as the two (2) and three (3) day period regularly scheduled between workweeks and scheduled vacation, holiday and compensatory time.

  • Off days include public holidays, Friday and Saturday which are banking weekend in Saudi Arabia.

  • Off days, vacations, leaves of absence and holidays shall not be included in the computation of sick leave.

  • The Company will make a lump sum payment to you within 30 days after your Termination Date for any Paid Time Off days you earned but have not used prior to your Termination Date.

  • The Executive's compensation shall be paid in full with respect to approved Personal Time- Off days.
