Oferta oznacza ofertę Inżyniera Kontraktu, którą Zamawiający uznał za najkorzystniejszą w przeprowadzonym przez Zamawiającego postępowaniu przetargowym na wybór wykonawcy Usług, której kopia stanowi Załącznik 10. 1.1.13 "Offer" means the Contract Engineer’s offer accepted by the Client as the best offer in the tender procedure conducted by the Client to select a contractor for the Services, a copy of which is attached as Schedule 10.
