OFA(s) definition

OFA(s) means the document issued by an authorized NetAlly Representative, via electronic mail, indicating that NetAlly has processed and provisioned or made ready for shipment the NetAlly Products or Services reflected in the Purchase Order and the Order Acknowledgement.

  • OFAC means the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury.

  • Embargo means a ban placed by the Board on a Club in respect of player registrations, as more fully defined in Appendix H.

  • Sanctions means economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes imposed, administered or enforced from time to time by (a) the U.S. government, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the U.S. Department of State, or (b) the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, any European Union member state or Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom.

  • OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.

  • Council of governments means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-2-117.5.
