OETC definition

OETC means the Oman Electricity Transmission Company SAOC, referred to in Article (66) of the Sector Law;
OETC means the Oman Electricity Transmission Company in its capacity as holder of a Transmission Licence;
OETC. KMC", "OET", "OET Owners", "OMH", "OMH Owners", "Argonaftis", "Argonaftis Owners" or any other person shall be construed so as to include its successors in title, permitted assigns and permitted transferees to, or of, its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement; and

  • OETC reserves the right to expand and modify the PSP throughout the life of the contract.

  • The rate may be negotiated with individual OETC members at the time of sale.

  • Deeply discounted standard configurations available to Purchasing Entities using the OETC Contract.

  • If applicable, on-site services pricing shall include travel costs to the metropolitan areas of any OETC member in the contiguous U.S. (e.g., Portland, Seattle, Boise, Spokane, Eugene).
