OEM Vendor definition
OEM Vendor means the vendor of an OEM Product.

Any Equipment which has not been updated to current patch levels, or fall outside of OEM/ Vendor support will be supported on reasonable endeavours basis by SCC until such time as any remedial actions have been agreed and implemented via the Change Request Procedure .
For material changes, DeskTalk shall complete the OEM Vendor Change and Notification Process, as attached to this Agreement as Annex 8.
An OEM Vendor Change Notification Form (OVCN) is initiated by the OEM Supplier.
