OEM System definition
OEM System means a system developed, marketed and supported by a Party consisting of a combination of
i) products purchased from the second Party, and
ii) substantial value added by the buying Party in the form of other hardware and software which that Party supports.
Examples of OEM System in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the warranties set forth in this Section shall not apply once the i-PRO Products have been incorporated into the OEM System (due to possibility of modification, damage, alteration or other misuse by OEM).
Supplier shall provide necessary (AV OEM) System Firmware Updates as required.
