OEM Supplier definition

OEM Supplier means any Person who sells OEM Vehicles to a Dealer and who has entered into an agreement for the benefit of Navistar Financial to repurchase new vehicle inventory from Navistar Financial upon Navistar Financial’s foreclosure upon such inventory owned by such Dealer (subject to such customary conditions and limitations as are acceptable to Navistar Financial).
OEM Supplier means any Person who sells OEM Vehicles to a Dealer and who has entered into an agreement for the benefit of NFC to repurchase new vehicle inventory from NFC upon NFC’s foreclosure upon such inventory owned by such Dealer (subject to such customary conditions and limitations as are acceptable to NFC).
OEM Supplier means any Person who sells OEM Vehicles to a Dealer.

  • Upon receipt of failed, non-conforming components from OEM, Supplier will make reasonable efforts to repair such components (“Refurbished Components,”) and will maintain Refurbished Components in Supplier inventory, for use in correcting Product non-conformance.
