OEM Solution definition

OEM Solution means OEM Customer’s appliance or value-add solution which Supplier Offerings are incorporated into or utilized as a part thereof. OEM Solutions have functionality different than Supplier Offerings and are marketed by OEM Customer to End-Users.
OEM Solution means the solution that you develop and market under your brand which embeds MicroStrategy Products, as described in the Order Form.
OEM Solution means the Customer solution consisting of software owned by the Customer which (a) is sold as a commercial product, (b) integrates the Customer Implementation and (c) has material value independent from the Service.

Examples of OEM Solution in a sentence

  • Within five (5) business days following the end of each calendar quarter, you will provide us a report (using a form that we provide to you) that lists all sales of your OEM Solution in that quarter.

  • All quarterly reports that you send us will completely and accurately detail the sale of your OEM Solution.

  • You may either place orders with us for our embedded products or report sales of your OEM Solution to us via a quarterly report; please select one of those options below:  Orders.

  • If you would like us to host your OEM Solution in the MicroStrategy Secure CloudTM, please contact your MicroStrategy account executive.

  • You will (i) ensure that each Customer only uses our Products as part of the OEM Solution to report on data derived from the data models you provide, and does not materially change such data models to include data elements that are not directly related to the documented, intended uses of the OEM Solution; and (ii) not sell or license MicroStrategy metadata without also including Products as part of the sale or license.

  • Subject to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment, Google grants to Integrator solely for the Term of the Agreement, and Integrator agrees to comply with a non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, terminable, revocable, limited license to resell the Product as integrated into the OEM Solution to Google Enterprise Authorized Resellers of Google Earth Enterprise in the Territory, which resellers may in turn resell the Product to Customers in the Territory (“Integrator Distribution License”).

  • You will provide all technical support for your OEM Solution directly to each of your Customers, and we will only provide Technical Support Services to you.

  • OEM and MicroStrategy shall each maintain, for at least two (2) years after termination of this Agreement, any records and contracts relating to the sale or license of the OEM Solution, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Network Services and/or the Telecaster Network Services under this Agreement, and will permit examination thereof by authorized representatives of MicroStrategy and OEM at all reasonable times.

  • You may create derivative works of the Documentation to include in your OEM Solution user documentation.


More Definitions of OEM Solution

OEM Solution means the combination of a Product with the Teradata software product.
OEM Solution means the Integrator solution consisting of hardware owned by Integrator into which Integrator integrates the Product along with third party software, and which Integrator solution has material value independent from the Product.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
