OEM Software Development Kit or “SDK” is a Framework that is distributed to a third party.
OEM Software Development Kit or “SDK” is a Framework that is distributed to a third party. ­ A “Site” is a physical location or set of locations, including reasonable remote access, as specified in the LAC. ­ A “Target Application” is a user-­‐developed software program that requires physical incorporation or linking of portions of the Software to execute.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
