OEM Manuals definition

OEM Manuals means the manuals attached hereto as Exhibit F.
OEM Manuals means operating manuals from the original equipment manufacturers of the equipment incorporated into the Facility;
OEM Manuals means each of the installation, maintenance and operating manuals relating to the Plant and the equipment forming a part of the Plant that has been provided to Operator by Owner, including those referenced in each Project Document as being applicable to the Plant or any part thereof, including the Operating Manual (as defined in each EPC Agreement), the SEC Installation Manual and the Site Module Installation Plan (as each is defined in each MSA) and the User Manual (as defined in each Inverter Warranty Agreement).

  • Design basis documents consist of OEM Manuals, vendor documents, industry standards, codes and documented engineering assessments.Documented deviations from the above documents are also considered part of the design basis documents provided there is documented reasoning for those deviations.

  • During the Term, Operator shall perform the Work in accordance with the OEM Manuals, Annual Maintenance Plan, Prudent Operating Practices, applicable Law, all applicable Permits, the Project Documents, the Site Rules and the other requirements of this Agreement (the “Requirements”).

  • Contractor’s obligation to furnish Owner with OEM Manuals, Warranties, Closeout Documents, As-Builts, etc.

Related to OEM Manuals

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • Manuals means the manuals and other documents that may be supplied to the Contractor by Land Bank on or around the Signature Date, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, and which Manuals contain, inter alia, information and/or data relating to or in connection with the Land Bank Policies;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Provider Manuals are published on web-DENIS.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
