OEM Manual definition

OEM Manual means the respective manuals of each original equipment manufacturer as applicable to their respective Components (as the manuals may be amended, supplemented, or superseded from time to time).
OEM Manual means the manual provided by the original manufacturer of the Equipment.
OEM Manual means manual published by the manufacturer of the Blade.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement.   • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
